Rethinking if I really want to run all these virtual servers and stuff. Craig Mod calls this, my desire to tinker, "technical debt."

I'm reading Greg McKeown's new book about how to make it easier to do what matters. Greg's writing always resonates with me. I feel like I'm making progress.

@kai Spinning up vps or vms is cheap enough but maintaining them, or even keeping track of them and their security, is very expensive. In-release updates are one kind of problem but updating them all to next distro release... they better have a good reason to exist if that will make sense.

Often one well-maintained server with selinux and user level priv separation will give better results.
