I've been so silent here since I moved to the UK. When I was in Brazil, it was part of my morning routine to go to a mate shop and drink about 1L of refreshing cold mate with lime while tooting, now in the UK my mornings changed and so did my toots.

I think I want to be more active here, I just need to figure out where to slot tooting in my daily routine.

As usual, I failed to remap *all* of Windows' temp directories and became confused when it broke stuff. πŸ˜…

The default smb.conf has so much stuff. I'm always amazed by how simple it can actually be.

After a long stint with the Kindle, I'm currently starting a book I purchased in paper form, even though it was available electronically.

I also started a journal in a spreadsheet which I have continued in a paper notebook.

Electronics definitely have cool features, like searching. But I think paper is underrated as a medium.

The biggest question is if I can keep the number of books I'm reading at once down to something reasonable; otherwise I'll be back to driving around with a trunk full. πŸ˜…
